Ingredients

  • 150 gspring onion
  • 30 gboiled young sardines
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tablespoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1000 mlwater

    Shred spring onion

    Bring to boil 1000ml water in pot. And put Dashi powder, Soy sauce, spring onion and sardines.

    Beat 2 eggs and put eggs into boiling soup with spoon like this.
