Season the meat with salt and pepper, coat with mayo, and shape into bite-sized pieces.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the meat to coat evenly.

Pan-fry with a small amount of oil (low to medium heat). Do not move them immediately after placing in the oil.

Using a bit more mayonnaise helps the pieces hold their shape better.

I use disposable plastic gloves for shaping. As shown in the video, you can use a spoon to avoid getting your hands dirty.
