Couldn't score a ticket to the 2017 Clemson vs Alabama football game. What's a foodie to do? Why, cook of course. I got myself psyched up for the game by making everyone some delicious nachos.

Couldn't score a ticket to the 2017 Clemson vs Alabama football game. What's a foodie to do? Why, cook of course. I got myself psyched up for the game by making everyone some delicious nachos.
Steps

Dice and or open the veggies placing each item into their own bowl covering each bowl with plastic wrapping.

Halve each avocado and cut the flesh into slices. Place slices into a bowl and cover with plastic wrapping.

Grate a large amount of cheese into a bowl and cover with plastic wrapping.

Place bowls in the fridge.

In a large skillet brown the meat.

About halfway through the process add the taco seasoning and ground bacon.

Set your oven to the warm setting. Roughly 170*.

Cook meat until done and drain the grease.

Transfer the meat into an oven safe dish and cover with foil.

Place the dish into the warming oven until ready to serve.

Remove bowls from the refrigerator 10-15 mins prior to serving.

Give your guests their chips on an oven safe plate or platter and allow them to top their nachos with meat and veggies as they see fit.

If you have a second oven you can keep the meats in the warming oven.

Place the nachos in an oven and broil on medium for 1 minute to melt the cheese.

Remove from oven and allow to cool for a bit and then enjoy the game.
