Ingredients

  • 12-16 ozpolish sausage, sliced
  • 1onion, diced
  • 3carrots, sliced
  • 3ribs celery, sliced
  • small head of cabbage, large chunks
  • 2 Tblscaraway seed, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 cupsChicken broth

Steps

    Saute sausage, onions, and celery

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Seal vent, select Soup cycle and adjust the time to 18 min. Allow a 10 min natural pressure release, then carefully release the remaining pressure.
