My kids like variety dishes for their lunch box . this variety fried rice is very healthy and easy to make .
Steps

Cook 1 cup of rice with one and half cup of water in pressure cooker and once it is done keep it open in plate so that it do not get sticky.

Chop all the vegetables into small pieces.

Take butter in saucepan and heat it and then add all the chopped vegetables, cooked sweet corn put some salt allow it to cook. do not over cook.Add pieces of paneer and fry little.

Once it is done add oregano and pepper. mix well add tomato sauce and add cooked rice to the vegetables and mix well.Serve hot.
