Ingredients

60 minutes
10 servings
  • 1medium cauliflower head
  • 2 tablespoonsyoghurt
  • 1lemon juiced
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 3 tablespoonstahina
  • 1 TSPsalt
  • 1 TSPpepper
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut the cauliflower into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Add oil, salt and pepper. Spread in a tray and insert into a 180 degrees C oven

  3. 3

    Turn frequently till golden brown.

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl, mix tahina, lemon juice, yoghurt and water. You aim for a smooth consistency of the sauce.

  5. 5

    When the cauliflowers are ready, pour the sauce on top and return to the oven for anther 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    You can eat it as a side dish. You can eat it with pita bread.
