Steps

Thread your favorite ingredients onto bamboo skewers.
Sausage, pork, beef, potato, shrimp, squid, onion, sweet potato—anything you like works!

Mix the flour, pancake mix, egg, and water together. Dip the skewered ingredients into the batter.
Also, mix the sauces together in a separate bowl.

Coat the skewers well with panko breadcrumbs, then deep-fry in oil at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.
They’ll be slightly sweet and delicious. Enjoy with plenty of sauce!

Serve with large pieces of raw cabbage on the side. Dip them in the sauce for extra flavor.
