1whole chicken (6-7 lbs), thawed and cleaned
2 pkglipton onion soup
1 (16 oz)bottle of russian dressing
1 (8 oz)jar of apricot jam or preserves

Mix together onions soup packages, dressing and jam. Rub over chicken and let marinade for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator or over night.

Bake uncovered at 350 degree for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
