Cooking Instructions

Diced up your golden potatoes. Then you fry them. I fried my potatoes in my iron skillet with 1/2 of vegetable oil. I'll be honest i fried them slow under medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Preheat that oven to 350 degrees. Drain your potatoes of the vegetable oil. Once drained. Layer the bottom of your 13x9 pan

Scatter diced ham over the potatoes

Then randomly places your cheese over the ham.. Swiss

Mozzarella
- 6
Provolone
- 7
Mild Cheddar

Once the cheese is placed. Take your eggs add milk and scramble. Add to the top of the cheese. Eggs will go to the bottom. But don't worry

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes (depending on your oven) after 15 minutes I placed oven on broil for 2 minutes to brown the cheese a little

I cut the dish into 8 sections. I added a side of Flitter.
