Steps

Tear the cream cheese into small pieces, about the size of your pinky’s first joint. Shape the sushi rice into small balls, about the size for one bite each.

Slice the salmon thinly. Remove the pit from the avocado, slice it thinly, and drizzle with lemon juice.

On a small piece of plastic wrap, layer green onion, salmon, and avocado in that order. Add a bit of cream cheese and wasabi, then place a rice ball on top. Gather the plastic wrap and twist to form a ball shape.

Shape into a round ball, remove the plastic wrap, and arrange on a plate. Garnish with green onions or hard-boiled egg yolk if you like.
