Ingredients

  1. 1 kgfrozen okra
  2. 2 tablespoonsghee
  3. 5 clovesgarlic, crushed
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Pinchpepper
  6. Pinchcitric acid
  7. Small pinch of sugar
  8. 2 tablespoonstomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the garlic and heat the oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add the okra and sauté, then add enough water to cover and boil for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add salt and tomato paste, and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.

  4. 4

    Add pepper, citric acid, and sugar, and serve with rice and vermicelli.

  5. 5

    Enjoy your meal!
