When you are not feeling well, or losing appetite, try this easy porridge.
Steps

Boil rice and water in a small pan.

Cook over medium heat till the water is almost all evaporated and the rice is really tender.

Add in the egg and turn down the heat to simmer. Keep mixing.

Add soup stock and salt. Serve when it's as soft as you like.

If you are not too sick or have enough appetite, add in some soy sauce or parmesan cheese and enjoy!
