Ingredients

  1. 5and 3/4th cups Organic Unbleached All Purpose Flour
  2. 6 tablespoonsunsalted butter
  3. 2 cupsWhole Milk
  4. 4 teaspoonssalt
  5. 2egg whites
  6. 4 tablespoonsgranulated Sugar
  7. 2 tablespoonsFleischmann's Active Dry Yeast
  8. 4 tablespoonsKerryGold Pure Irish Butter
  9. 2 tablespoonsSugar in the Raw
  10. Vegetable Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Add 2 Cups Whole Milk and 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter into a sauce pan. Heat on Med-Low until butter is melted.

    Add to a large mixing bowl. Add 2 Tablespoons Fleischmann's Active Dry Yeast and 4 tablespoons White Granulated Sugar. Stir and let sit until foamy!

    Add 2 cups flour and mix.

    Add 2 cups flour. Add 2 egg whites. Add 4 teaspoons salt. Stir!

    Add 1 and 3/4th Cup flour. Pull dough out of bowl and kneed on counter.

    When dough comes together and isn't too sticky use a small amount of Vegetable Oil and coat the dough. Place dough back in mixing bowl. Cover bowl with Plastic Wrap. Let dough rise for around 30 minutes!!!!

    Most important step. Worship Jesus for 30 minutes! I sung I Won't Forget by Brian and Jenn Johnson! (Beautiful!) Your Joy will be full!

    Dough should be puffy and awesome.

    Separate dough into three equal portions. Roll dough into long strips!

    Position as picture indicates. Press ends together so they don't separate during baking.

    Braid that dough yo!

    Press end together and shape dough by lightly patting it into this form pictured!

    Lightly grease large baking pan with Vegetable Oil!

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees!

    Fill shallow pan with boiling-hot water. And place on very bottom rack of oven to create a steam bath!!

    Place 4 tablespoons KerryGold Pure Irish Butter in a microwaveable bowl. Melt butter.

    Place 2 tablespoons Sugar in the Raw into melted butter!

    Cut slices on dough.

    Brush liberal amount of butter/sugar mixture on Dough!

    Bake 15 minutes! Worship Jesus time! Can't get enough of this bread. Neither His Love!

    Turn bread around in oven. Bake another 15 minutes!

    Bread should look like this on top.

    You need to flip the bread to make sure the bottom is properly cooked. I use a spatula. Be aware the bread can try to break when you flip it over!

    We need a few more minutes under the Broiler to brown the bottom of the bread!

    Brush bottom of bread with excess butter/sugar mixture. If you used it all make a little more.

    Turn Oven to Hi Broil.

    Keep oven slightly open. You need to keep a constant watch on the bread. The boiler can cook very fast!

    I will use a oven mitt to move the bread around to evenly cook the bottom of the bread!

    Bottom should look like so.

    Flip and let sit for 10 minutes. It's so sweet it rarely needs anything placed on it to make it better! It's quite Heavenly. God bless America. God Bless you!
