Canola Flower with Japanese Wasabi Mayonnaise sauce

I love Canola Flower. It's beautiful to watch, and yummy to eat.
The peppery taste and tender texture will be binded really well with mild mayonnaise.
Little bit of Wasabi is a nice kick :)
