Ingredients

About 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  • [A]
  • 2 tablespoonssesame paste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonsmixed miso
  • 1 clovegarlic (grated)
  • [B]
  • 4 tablespoons(about 1/4 cup or 60 ml) dashi stock
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 1 tablespoonmirin

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix [A] well, then gradually add [B], which has been heated in the microwave at 500W for 30 seconds, while stirring. Finally, add the sesame oil to finish.

    Enjoy with shabu-shabu. For the shabu-shabu broth, add 100 ml of sake to 1 liter of water. That's it. Use pork for the meat.

    Serve with napa cabbage, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, shirataki noodles, thinly peeled carrots, and boiled spinach.
