I tried making ramen using zero-calorie shirataki noodles and wakame seaweed. It turned out great! Background of this recipe: I love ramen, but because I have a lifestyle-related illness, I can only eat it occasionally. With this recipe, I can enjoy it every day.

I tried making ramen using zero-calorie shirataki noodles and wakame seaweed. It turned out great! Background of this recipe: I love ramen, but because I have a lifestyle-related illness, I can only eat it occasionally. With this recipe, I can enjoy it every day.

Cut the shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces and parboil them.

In a pot, combine the water, chicken bouillon powder, soy sauce, and sake. Bring to a boil. Add the leafy greens and cook briefly. Add the shirataki noodles and bring to a quick boil.

Serve in bowls. Top with wakame, kamaboko, green onions, and sprinkle with black pepper.
