Remake: Somen Noodle Okonomiyaki

Thanks for the TV feature! It's easy to cook too many somen noodles... The next day, let's make a quick and easy lunch with leftover somen and some extra vegetables. It's so fluffy!
The story behind this recipe: I had more somen noodles left over than expected, and I didn't want to eat them again or make champuru because it would be too watery and I didn't have enough vegetables. I thought maybe I could use them in my son's favorite okonomiyaki without him noticing. He did notice, but he said it was delicious!

Cut the somen noodles into bite-sized pieces. Shred the cabbage and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.

Combine the ☆ ingredients and mix with the somen, cabbage, and pork.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook both sides until golden brown.

Once cooked, serve on a plate and top with sauce or mayonnaise as desired.
