Ingredients

30 minutes
4-6 servings
  • 2 poundsbrussel sprouts
  • 1 tablespoondehydrated onions
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 15 ouncecan of evaporated milk
  • 4 cupsfinely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cupbacon drippings

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the skillet add brussel spouts with onions, salt, garlic, and bacon drippings. cook covered 20 minutes

    Add the milk heat 3 minutes and stir in 2 cups cheese

    When melted add last two cups of cheese

    Stir till creamy. serve I hope you enjoy!
