Ingredients

  • 1 lbchicken strips
  • 2heaping tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 cupshredded parmesan
  • 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspseasoning salt
  • few twists of cracked pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix mayo, Parmesan, and seasonings

  2. 2

    In another bowl add breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    First roll chicken in mayo mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs

  4. 4

    Place on a sheet pan that's been lightly oiled, or sprayed with cooking spray

  5. 5

    Cook at 425 for about 30 mins, until chicken is cooked

  6. 6

    BAM!! Easy. Way too easy.
