I wanted to make sure I was eating more brown rice amazake, so I mixed it with the chia seeds that I have been buying at the grocery store and bingo! I don't get tired of this. You can also add pecans to make this even more healthy!

If you make this the night before, then it's a lot easier because you don't have to wait on the chia seeds to absorbs the moisture. This doesn't use any eggs or sugar so you can also use it to make many types of sweets! I'm going to make another recipe! For 2 servings. Recipe by hanakemper

Steps

  1. 1

In the evening, mix together the [●] ingredients and put it in the fridge to chill. The chia seeds absorb the moisture and it becomes jelly-like.

  2. 2

In the morning, take it out of the fridge and mix it. Add in as much of the almond milk as you'd like and divide it into two containers and top with strawberries and blueberries.

  3. 3

It's done. You can make it with whatever fruit you have at home. Blueberries naturally go well with it. I personally don't like bananas that much, especially in this season when they need to be refrigerated.
