Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 (5 oz)cod fillets
  2. 1/4 c2%plain Greek yogurt
  3. 3 TEnglish cucumber, finely chopped
  4. 1 Tfresh mint, finely chopped
  5. 1/2green onion, finely chopped
  6. as neededhigh-heat cooking oil,
  7. 1/2 tspdried oregano
  8. 1/4 tspeach salt and pepper
  9. 1/8 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat grill or grill pan to high and brush with oil.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle both sides of fish with oregano and 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper. Grill 3 min per side, until barely opaque in center.

    In small bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, onion and 1/8 tsp salt. Serve with fish.
