Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcrushed corn flakes
  2. 1/4 cupSwizz cheese(chopped)
  3. 2large eggs
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1 tbspsalt and pepper
  6. 1 tsppaprika
  7. 1 tsplemon pepper
  8. 1 tspgarlic pepper
  9. 1 tspparsley flakes
  10. 1 tspcrushed basil
  11. 1 tbspbutter
  12. 2 cupsrice (cooked)
  13. 1 cupdiced tomato
  14. 2 tbspketchup
  15. 2 tbspmustard
  16. 24 pieceschicken breast

Cooking Instructions

9-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the crushed corn flakes and chopped cheese on a plate like trail mix.

    Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add milk, paprika lemon pepper, salt, garlic pepper, parsley flakes, basil, and pepper.

    Put all of the chicken pieces in the egg mixture and marinate for 30 minutes

    Cover the chicken with corn flakes and cheese

  5. 5

    Cook the chicken nuggets in a small oven with the butter for 9-10 minutes. Put 12 chicken nuggets onto the 2 plates.

    Put 1 tsp of ketchup and mustard, 1 cup of rice, and 1/2 cup of tomatoes onto one of the 2 plates

    Enjoy warm!
