Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2ribeye steaks
  2. as neededRed wine,
  3. as neededSalt and pepper,
  4. 2thick slices of French bread
  5. as neededOlive oil spray,
  6. 1 teaspoongrated garlic
  7. 1 candiced tomatoes, drained
  8. 1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
  9. as neededFresh mozzarella,
  10. as neededFresh basil,
  11. 3 1/2 ounces (100 g)angel hair pasta
  12. 1beaten egg
  13. 1 cupgrated cheese
  14. 1 tablespoonchicken broth powder
  15. as neededBlack pepper,

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast the French bread.

  2. 2

    Tenderize the steaks and marinate in red wine. Season with salt and pepper, then grill for 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other. Place the cooked steak on the toasted bread.

    Sauté the garlic, diced tomatoes, and apple cider vinegar for about 2 minutes, then add the fresh mozzarella and chopped basil and mix.

  4. 4

    Boil the angel hair pasta for 4 minutes, then add it to a bowl with the pre-mixed ingredients marked with ◎ and toss with the residual heat to coat with the sauce.

  5. 5

    Pour the Caprese sauce over the steak and serve the carbonara on the side. Enjoy!
