Ingredients

1or 2 servings

I mashed banana
30 gfine oats
Splashskimmed milk

Steps

1

Mash banana add oats and splash of milk to make the batter.

Heat fry pan and spray with fry light or similar spray oil.
3

Pour small mounds into frying pan and cook for a couple of minutes turning over.
4

Serve with natural Greek yogurt and fruits of your choice
