Easy Tuna Casserole for When You're in a Pinch
Especially for wives living in the US! When you don't feel like cooking but have to, here's a simple recipe to help you out.
The origin of this recipe
My mother-in-law taught me this as a convenient dish for when you don't want to cook. It originally didn't have any vegetables, so I just find something that seems to fit from the fridge and add it in.

Steps
- 1
Start boiling your choice of short pasta. (Photo: The main ingredients we used this time)
- 2
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. If you want to pre-cook them, add them to the pot a few minutes before the pasta is done.
- 3
Place the cooked pasta in an oven-safe dish. Add the soup and tuna, and mix everything together.
- 4
Top with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for about 15 minutes.
- 5
The soup used this time was cream of mushroom and chicken.
