Thank you for 200 reports! Give frozen shumai a crispy, golden crust and a rich, savory flavor. This is a great way to break out of the same old shumai routine!
Recipe background:
When I was a kid, my lunchbox often had frozen pan-fried shumai. The taste was just okay, but the crispy parts were delicious! So, I decided to increase the crispy surface and try different seasonings to keep things interesting. Plus, you won’t need to bring soy sauce with you—highly recommended!
