Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 slicewhite bread
  2. Shirasu (whitebait), as desired
  3. Melting cheese (such as mozzarella), as desired
  4. Edamame (shelled), as desired
  5. Nori (seaweed), as desired
  6. About 2 teaspoons mayonnaise (10 ml)
  7. 1/2 teaspoonmiso (2.5 ml)
  8. Mirin, as desired
  9. 1 teaspoonground sesame seeds (5 ml)

Steps

    Mix the mayonnaise, miso, mirin, and ground sesame seeds together, then spread the mixture on the bread.

  2. 2

    Evenly sprinkle shirasu and edamame over the bread, then add nori on top.

  3. 3

    Top with melting cheese and toast in a toaster oven until golden and bubbly.

今年初めに、左上の親知らずを抜き、右下奥の歯髄炎で抜く羽目になった歯の代わりに移植しました…歯医者での処置はたったの30分でしたが(お料理感覚でやっちゃう先生すごい…)歯が定着するまで3ヶ月程かかる人もいるそうな…死ぬほど痛いのはなくなり、痛い根管治療もやっと終了。あとは型を作って被せれば治療完了。早く終わらせたーい!旦那と息子たちの4人家族。大学3年生の長男は3度の飯より野鳥等の生き物が大好き。大学で生物学を学んでいます。私と同じでキジバト愛が強くデッポちゃん(キジバト)をワシッとするのが夢。ここ最近は友達の影響で蛇も好き、魚も好き。上見たり下見たりの大忙し男。そしてたぶんマザコン(笑)次男は特別支援学校の高校生3年生。豚肉と米が命。知的障害のキラキラお目々の天使❤天然で面白い事を普通に言うので、なんとも羨ましいどこへ行っても愛されるキャラクター。私は好き嫌いがほとんどない、食べるの大好き女です。好きなものはアボカド、卵、鯖、納豆、ナッツ、インドカレー。趣味は自然散策とラジオ(bayfm)投稿。推しは風間俊介😍最近M!LKも好き。★AVOca堂協会  会員№010★鯖♥同盟会員No.5 長男は会員No.6→外部顧問(魚師匠)★関東連合No.73
