Turn leftover rice into grilled rice balls. Make a bunch and freeze them. When you want one, just microwave it! This recipe's origin: Store-bought grilled rice balls are flavorful all the way through. Inspired by that, I mixed seasonings into the rice before shaping. No need to brush on seasonings while grilling; just use a toaster oven to get a crispy outside and fluffy inside. It's an essential recipe in our home.
