Ingredients

Serves 2 servings

7 ouncespasta
1zucchini (cut into 1/2-inch rounds)
3 1/2 ouncesbacon (cut into 1/2-inch slices)
1 clovegarlic (sliced)
2 tablespoonsolive oil (for sautéing)
3-4 tablespoonsmentsuyu (3x concentrated)
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic over low heat until fragrant.

Add the bacon and zucchini to the pan and sauté over medium heat.

Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan. Pour in the mentsuyu and adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
