  1. 2 tbspoil
  2. 1 tbspSesame Oil
  3. 1 cuppounded Ginger
  4. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  5. 1/2 cupshao xing wine
  6. 2 cupslice Pork Liver
  7. Garnish
  8. 1/2 cupspring onion
  9. 1/2 cupfresh red chili

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    thinly slice pork liver

  2. 2

    in pan with both sesame oil and vegetable oil lightly brown ginger then add slice pork liver for 1 minute

  3. 3

    add light soy sauce and shao zing rice wine and stir fry for another 1 minute then add spring onion and red chili mix well and off heat

  4. 4

    pork liver with ginger serve with white rice
