Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 1/2 cupwater (110 ml)
  • 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 3 tablespoonsmirin
  • 3 tablespoonssake
  • 2-3 teaspoonshoney
  • 1 teaspoondashi granules
  • 1/2-1 teaspoontamari soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour the water into a saucepan and heat.

  2. 2

    Once it comes to a boil, add the soy sauce, mirin, sake, honey, and dashi granules. Bring it back to a boil.

  3. 3

    Add the tamari soy sauce at the end, and it's ready to use.

  4. 4

    Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
