Ingredients: 6 cup chopped romaine, rinsed; 1 bag coleslaw mix; 4 hardboiled eggs chopped; 8 slices bacon cooked, drained of fat and chopped; 1 cup shredded cheddar; 1/4 cup sunflower seed kernels; 1/2 cup lite ranch dressing; 1/2 cup light Italian dressing (creamy or vinaigrette, we used creamy); 2 tbsp water; 1 tsp sugar

My son Nate loves this salad! We threw it together one day and it became a recipe keeper. Weve made it multiple times and I've even brought it to summer barbecues and added the dressing last minute when we get there. It's soooooo good!!

Ingredients

6 cupchopped romaine, rinsed
1 bagcoleslaw mix
4hardboiled eggs chopped

1/2 cuplite ranch dressing
1/2 cuplight Italian dressing (creamy or vinaigrette, we used creamy)

In a large bowl, mix first six ingredients. Mix last four ingredients well and pour over salad. Gently stir to coat. Serve!! (You can make this a meal in the summer and add some Grilled cooked chicken. We have and its delish!!)
