Serves 2 servings

1/2 cupwater (110 ml)
3 tablespoonssoy sauce
3 tablespoonsmirin
3 tablespoonssake
2-3 teaspoonshoney
1 teaspoondashi granules
1/2-1 teaspoontamari soy sauce

Pour the water into a saucepan and heat.

Once it comes to a boil, add the soy sauce, mirin, sake, honey, and dashi granules. Bring it back to a boil.

Add the tamari soy sauce at the end, and it's ready to use.

Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
