Slice the venison thinly. Rinse and massage it in water to remove the blood. Refer to this for venison preparation: ID: 19475578

Pat dry with paper towels, place in a bag, add the soy sauce mixture and crack in the egg. Massage well and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.

Add the all-purpose flour directly into the bag and massage again.

Coat with breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with plenty of heated oil until crispy. Once golden and crispy, it's done!

Mix mayonnaise with a drizzle of Worcestershire sauce to make the sauce. Dip the cutlets in the sauce and enjoy!
