Delicious Roasted Cauliflower

Delicious Roasted Cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Wash and drain well.

Before proceeding, (after making this several times, I found a simpler and more efficient method. Refer to steps 10-12.)

In a large bowl, add olive oil and the contents of the Kayanoya vegetable stock packet. Mix well. *Refer to steps 10-12 as well.

Add the cauliflower to the bowl and mix until the seasoning oil is evenly coated. (It's messy, but using your hands is the most efficient.)

Bake in a preheated oven at 415°F (215°C) for about 18-22 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes.

For a vegan version, omit the Parmesan cheese. It's still fragrant and delicious without cheese!

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley to finish.

Kayanoya is expensive, so you can substitute with vegetable bouillon.

[Alternative Method] Arrange the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (or parchment paper).

Drizzle olive oil over the top.

Mix well by hand to coat with oil, then open the packet and sprinkle the vegetable stock evenly over the top. → Continue to step 5.
