Remove the plastic wrap from the pack of ground meat and add potato starch to the pack, mixing gently.

Loosely cover the pack with plastic wrap and press down firmly with your hand to compact the meat.

Flip the pack over onto the plastic wrap, cut the meat into cube-like pieces, and shape them as needed.
