Ingredients

1 loaf

2 cupsflour
1 1/2 cupssugar
3/4 tspbaking soda
2 tspbaking powder
3/4 tspsalt
1 cupmashed banana
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupoil
1 tspvanilla extract
2eggs - beaten

Steps

Mix dry ingredients together very well.

Mix wet ingredients together including bananas.

Mix the dry with the wet very well.

Pour into 5x9 loaf pan and place in oven at 350 for 55 - 65 min or until just firm to touch in top middle.
