1 lbground sausage
6eggs
2 1/2 cupsMilk
1 tspsalt
1 tspGround Mustard
12 SlicesWhite Bread (cut crust - 1/2" cubes)
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausage.

Pour into greased 11x7x2 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered @ 350 for 40 minutes
