Cooking Instructions

Beat together: sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla essence - add melted butter and beat well
- 2
Place chocolate chunks into a bowl with a tablespoon of the flour and stir together (this step helps the chunks to evenly distribute whilst cooking and not sink to the bottom)

Sift flour and cocoa and mix in well. Add the chunks in flour and stir in.

Evenly distribute the mixture between 12 muffin cases, fill to the top
- 5
Bake in the top half of a preheated oven - 190ºC (ideally gas mark 4½) - for 16 minutes

Leave in tray for a few minutes to harden slightly
