Ingredients

  • 500 gchicken liver and heart
  • 100 mlMirin Japanese sweet Sake seasoning
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 2 teaspoongrind ginger
  • 1 tablespoonMiso
  • 1spring onion
  • Sesame for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chicken liver with milk

    Soak in water

    Cut lever

    Cook lever wth mixture of all seasoning for 5-7 minutes.

    Remove the liver and boil the sauce till thickened

    Roast spring onion

    After the sauce thickened put all together and cook 3 minutes
