1pork loin cutlet (tonkatsu)
Mini Katsu Don
1little sliced onion
1egg
1little noodle soup base (mentsuyu)
1little sugar
Mini Katsu Curry
1/4 package(about 2.8 ounces or 80 grams) prepared curry sauce

Steps

Cut the pork cutlet into 8 pieces. Use the 2 end pieces (4 pieces total) for the katsu curry.

Simmer the 4 center pieces with sliced onion, then pour in the beaten egg to finish.

Serve both over rice. Enjoy!
