Mix the ◎ ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Roughly chop the cabbage and mix it into the bowl.

Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in the batter with a ladle, place pork on top, cover, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes (no need to cover).

Transfer to a plate and top with sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and aonori in that order.
