Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsmaida
  2. 100 gmsflour
  3. 50 gms ghee for moin
  4. 500 gmsghee for frying
  5. as per tastesalt
  6. 1/2 tspajwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingrediants gently with 100 ml water

  2. 2

    Make a hard dough &keep it resting for half hour

  3. 3

    Kadhai me ghee mediam flame pe garam karein

  4. 4

    Make balls of dough & flattened them

  5. 5

    Deep fry them till golden brown and finally serve
