Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings
  1. Mint Syrup ■
  2. 1 ozfresh mint leaves
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  5. A ■
  6. 1/2 tablespoon (4 g)gelatin powder
  7. 1/4 cupwater
  8. 1/4 cupFamilyMart Collection White Wine 'Cuvée de Marie Blanc'
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 2 teaspoonslemon juice
  11. Mint leaves for garnish, as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Use FamilyMart Collection White Wine 'Cuvée de Marie Blanc'.

    Make the mint syrup. Reserve some mint for garnish and pick the leaves from the rest.

    In a pot, combine 1/2 cup water and granulated sugar, and bring to a boil. Add the mint leaves from step 2. Once it boils again, turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.

    Strain the mixture.

    Add 1/4 cup water to the gelatin powder and let it soak until softened.

  6. 6

    This is the strained mixture.
    Mint syrup is ready☆

    In a pot, bring 1/4 cup water to a boil, then turn off the heat and add the mixture from step 6 to dissolve. Add the mint syrup, white wine, and lemon juice from step 5.

    Once the mixture from step 7 has cooled slightly, pour it into a container and chill in the refrigerator until set.

    Garnish with mint leaves and it's ready to serve♪
