Soak sago for 30minuts than remove exis water leave it in a seive for 30 minuts

Now take this soaked sago in a vessel add boiled mashed potato peanuts green chilli Coriander leaves salt and black papper and make a dough

Make round shaped cutlets from the dough deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown

Serve with dates sauce or green cutney
