Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.hambuger
  2. medium onion, chopped
  3. canchili no beans
  4. cankidney beans
  5. canblack beans
  6. canpinto beans
  7. cancorn
  8. candiced tomatoes in tomato juice
  9. candiced tomatoes with green chilies
  10. 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook hambuger and onion, until hambuger is no longer pink.

  2. 2

    Open cans, do not drain. Pour into pot with hambuger and onion. Bring to boil.

  3. 3

    Stir in cheese. Turn to simmer. Stir often. Simmer 20 minutes

I’ve been looking for a recipe like this to use up an excess of canned goods! I’m assuming I could switch it up with different canned vegetables (corn, peas, green beans, carrots, or mixed vegetables)
