Easy Gentle Nikujaga for Late-Stage Baby Food

A delicious way to get your baby to eat both vegetables and meat! The potatoes turn out fluffy, and the slight thickness of the sauce helps make the meat easier to eat.
Recipe background:
My child was almost one year old but still refused most baby foods, and progress was slow. I wanted my slightly anemic son to enjoy eating meat, so I created this recipe. He finished it all without spitting it out!
