Ingredients

5 onions
200 gr flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Oil for frying

Steps

1. Sliced onions in ring form

2. Put into the flour

3. Preserved in the refrigerator for one hour

4. Whisk the eggs

5. Dip the Ring onion onto the whisked eggs
6

6. Put into the flour added with salt, nutmeg and black pepper.

7. Heat the oil
8

8. Fried the Ring onion until cooked, the brownish color.
