I had some leftover curry and a single serving of ramen noodles, so I decided to make ramen instead of udon. I once saw on TV that there’s curry ramen in Hokkaido. I tried it, and it turned out great, so I wanted to share it! Sorry there aren’t any step-by-step photos—I hadn’t planned to post it at first.

Add enough water to the leftover curry from the day before and bring it to a boil.

Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.

Once the curry mixture is boiling, stir in the chicken bouillon powder and dissolve it. Add the miso and mix well. The soup is ready.
