Make hard-boiled eggs.

Tear the melting cheese into pieces and place 2 slices in a bowl. Peel the hard-boiled eggs while they are still hot and place them on top of the cheese.

Mash the hard-boiled eggs with the back of a fork. The heat will melt the cheese and mix it with the eggs.

Add all the ★ seasonings and mix well. Finally, sprinkle with parsley! The egg sandwich filling is ready!

Spread butter on one slice of bread and mayonnaise on the other.

Place the egg salad on one slice of bread and cover with the other slice.

Cut into pieces and it's ready to serve!
